This is a fantastic role for a support worker who is truly passionate about promoting positive outcomes for ex-offenders. As a valued member of the hostel`s team you will be supported with regular training and support to give you the tools that you need to really make a difference to the lives of the people that you are working with. There is always a manager on site and on call 24/7.
In order to succeed in this role you will ideally be:
- Self-confident and resilient - somebody who isn`t afraid of challenges.
- Engaging and outgoing.
- Friendly yet professional.
- Open minded- you must believe in people`s ability to make a change.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 years experience working in Health and Social Care. You will also need a DBS on the update service, however we can help you in applying for this.
