Job Role:
The Company is an Econsultancy Top 100 digital agency based in Ipswich. They're recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive full-time account executive to join their client services team - this is not a direct sales role. This is an opportunity to work across a growing regional, national and international client-base, supporting the management of their digital marketing campaigns.
With excellent client-service at its heart, your role will be to support the senior members of the team in the management of client accounts. The role will involve a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Handling the co-ordination of resources to execute marketing campaigns and other digital projects
- Ensuring accurate and timely client communications including invoicing and up to date monthly/ project spend
- Preparing quotes and assisting with forecasting
- Keeping up to date with client requirements and activities within the agency to ensure ability to deal with enquiries
- Attending meetings and generating reports as required
They're looking for someone who understands digital, with the ideal candidate having at least 18 months experience, ideally within an agency environment. For that, they're offering a competitive salary relative to your level of experience.

You will be:
- Highly organized with immaculate attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Able to demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to work both independently and as part of a team

- Highly professional in your approach towards internal and external stakeholders
- Confident in all aspects of IT, including experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experienced in general office admin tasks including handling incoming calls with confidence
