Brook Street is recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive company based within the centre of Coventry. Working within their newly established fleet team, the role will be focused on customer coming towards the end of their fleet contracts.
The primary purpose of the position is to offer excellent customer service and ensure the smooth transition of closing key account customers contracts and organising the collection of their vehicles. This role is a 50/50 split between administration and calls.
Successful candidates will have;
" Exceptional customer skills both verbal and written
" Able to work with numerous systems at any given time
" Knowledge and experience working with Excel spreadsheets
" Resolve problems in a helpful and friendly way.
