Recruitment Branch Manager / Senior Consultant ready to move

Due to an internal promotion, our Flagship offices in Croydon are recruiting for a dynamic and target drive recruitment team manager to continue to move the branch forward.

Based in new offices near East Croydon station you will be either a senior consultant ready for progression or an experienced branch manager looking to join the longest established high street agency in the UK.

Managing a team of permanent, temporary and public sector consultants you will be able to develop and drive the team to devlier growth in both GP and sales.

You will have full autonomy in the management of the team and will be supporting the Area Operations Manager in moving the business forward.

Ideally you will have experience and exposure to both temporary and permanent recruitment within office, secretarial and light industrial but more importantly you will be able to build excellent working relationships with local employers of all sizes and become a true partner to them.

Salary is dependant on experience alongside a company car, 22 days holiday, pensions, private healthcare and an excellent bonus scheme that will give you the opportunity of true uncapped commision.
