We have 2 fantastic opportunities for 2 Tool Setters to work in our Factory based in Stoke. The ideal candidate will possess previous Tool Setting experience. The role is to ensure the flat, cup and bowl machines are set to Portmeirion Company standards in accordance with the planning department.

Responsibilities include:

• To set the machine to the item required, Flat, Cup or bowl.
• To ensure the machines are set according to the correct standards.
• This job requires you to be hands both diagnosing and rectifying faults.
• To set sponging machines up to sponge the clay ware from the making machines.
• Order replacement roller tools, scrappers and sponges.

Working 39 hours per week, hours will include but not be limited to the following:

Days

Monday to Thursday   From: 06.00 a.m.   To: 14.10 p.m.

Friday   From: 06.00 a.m.   To: 13.10 p.m.

Noons

Monday to Thursday   From: 14.00 p.m.  To: 22.10 p.m. 

Friday   From: 13.00 p.m.  To: 20.10 p.m.
