Customer Sales Advisor (Apprentice)

Antelope Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity! We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor Apprentice who is productive, passionate about selling a service and hitting targets to join an independent mobile voice and data specialist.
The Role
- To receive and make outbound calls
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Dealing with customer queries
- Provide quotations on mobile phone/airtime agreements to eligible customers and close sales
Desired Skills

- Self-motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
The successful candidate will be completing an NVQ level 2 in Sales and Telesales. Also, unless exempt, you will be required to complete your Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.

- 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (1 in 8 Saturdays- hours 9am-3pm paid as overtime)
