Day Aggregates is one of the most successful suppliers of primary and recycled materials to the construction industry in the South East. The business operates 16 sites across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London, Hampshire and Dorset.
We are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join our busy Credit Control team, based at our Head Office in Brentford, West London.
Working in a team of five you will chase and escalate overdue accounts, allocating BACS payments and cheques as received. You will review all orders that have been placed on hold, recording and resolving customer queries and arranging any refunds. You will also send out copy invoices, statements and proof of delivery tickets as required. Additionally you will provide holiday cover and administrative support to the team as necessary.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Credit Control team with sales ledger and reconciliation experience. They will be flexible, self-motivated and reliable with good communication skills, both verbal and written. They will have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise their own workload.
Standard hours are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday. Salary dependent on experience.
