Business Development Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Manager / B2B Sales / Account Manager
Business Development Manager with at least 3 years' experience in business development / sales is needed by our client, an award-winning and market leading property developer, to be based in Manchester.
They develop and manage properties throughout Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield and Newcastle Under Lyme, and sell to both retail and investors home and abroad.
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ever-expanding, they are always on the lookout for like-minded people to join their team.
The Role
As their Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell their UK investment properties and expand their global agent network. Identifying business opportunities, reaching out to companies, closing new business deals, developing & negotiating contracts, building relationships with existing partners, and ensuring yearly targets are met.
You will also monitor any potential business opportunities between the UK and overseas (e. Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan and Dubai)
Essential Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development / sales (preferably within the industry)
- Proven expertise in a business, marketing or sales role (e. motivation for sales, prospecting, sales planning, meeting customer needs, achieving sales goals, analysis, positioning, business justification, closing sales)
- Ability to develop strong client relationships
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Strong influencing skills
- Interest in property investment & development
- Real desire to make a significant contribution
Desirable Skills
- Market knowledge
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (speaking and writing)
- Access to driving
Visa
Tier 2 Working Visa can be sponsored if required.
Salary: £20,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Benefits: uncapped commission, 15% bonus
Type: Permanent, Full Time
You will be required to travel & be willing to work outside of normal office hours (e. evenings, occasionally on weekends).
