As our Salesforce Administrator you will support the strategic aims of Service Operations by providing proactive and reactive management of the Salesforce platform.

Key accountabilities of our Salesforce Administrator

- Take full ownership of the Salesforce system for Service Operations, including all changes, look and feel, flow, reporting requirements etc, so that maximum utilisation and engagement is possible

- Responsible for the collation and review of all change requests for Salesforce prior to sign off and development.

- Design data model, user interface to meet business logic and security as necessary.

- Responsible for development testing process and sign off prior to deployment.

- Manage all Salesforce users and associated data, security and user profiles

- Manage all Salesforce workflows, validation rules, processes and rule sets for Service Operations.

- Design and build advanced reports, dashboards and automate reporting as necessary

- Monitor progress of key success metrics for existing and newly launched processes.

- Build custom applications using point and click capabilities of the new platform.

- Support Learning and Development with the roll out of training and training materials

- Own and manage Salesforce mailboxes within the agreed SLA for users.

- Any other ad hoc dutites as and when required

To become our Salesforce Administrator, you will have the below skills and experience:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Lightning Edition) ADX201 certification

- A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business.

- The ability to work alone or as part of a wider team

- Proactivity, enthusiasm and versatility

- A continual desire to improve own personal performance and quality of output

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Experience of working with Salesforce CRM

- Experience of working in a customer service environment including an understanding of service operations processes (Desirable)

- Experience of managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines. (Desirable)
