This is an exciting opportunity to join the world's market leader in the highly specialised area of probate debt recovery. They're looking for a dedicated Systems Programmer Analyst to support their Spanish operation's SQL Server and Business Intelligence based in our Manchester UK office. The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English.

This position will look to develop and deliver essential business reports for the Operations unit for the Spanish operation and other markets.

Responsibilities include
- SAS and SQL database maintenance
- Development and delivery of daily operations reports using commercial reporting software.
- Responsibility for maintaining data
- Developing and maintaining ad-hoc and operations reports.

The incumbent will develop, test, and maintain databases for Operational business units and liaise directly with Clients for data and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications / Experience
- Confident communicator, fluent Spanish and English both verbally and in writing
- Strong SQL and/or SAS database knowledge
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Strong problem solving, design and development experience
- Willingness to pick up new skills and technology

Overall Responsibilities/Key Tasks:
- Update / distribute daily operational and client reports
- Development of reporting tools to support business requirements
- Communicate / present data to all levels of management
- Create and maintain run plan documents
- Track tasks and projects from inception through testing and deployment
- Design and implement database structure changes
- Update tables and stored procedures as new requirements get provided
- Create data views to facilitate customer reporting needs
- Monitoring of scheduled jobs and logs
- Ensure datasets are appropriate for business needs
- Evaluate performance against corporate plans
- Work directly with Clients to ensure data and reporting requirements are met

Working Pattern - 37 hours per week, Mon-Thu 8-5pm, Fri 8-2pm
