Recruitment Branch Development Manager- Industrial Recruitment, Derby

Harrison Sands have an opportunity open with a developing industrial recruitment agency, part of a GBP60 million turnover group who are looking to expand their branch reach and develop an industrial branch offering in Derby to sit alongside their established logistics brand. Our client are a technologically advanced agency, with a selling point of a market leading candidate management app and software enabling them to provide low cost labour to clients with ease.

Due to ongoing success within their North West Head office, they are now looking to open a branch in Derby with one client already able to be moved to the branch. The role of Branch Development Manager will be establishing and developing the Derby branch, involving all aspects of recruitment from client development in the midlands area to candidate sourcing and management.

Applicants will currently be working as either a Branch Manager within industrial recruitment, or as a Senior Consultant/ Team Leader with a desire to progress their career into management. As this is a branch start up the role will be initially self managing although once up and running you will have the opportunity to hire your own staff.

Due to the client facing nature of this role all applicants must have a valid driver's licence and the ability to work 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
