Job Elements: -
·Programming PLC systems using Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC and HMI systems.
·Implementation of automation projects.
·Provide technical leadership and hands-on proficiency in the resolution of software and controls systems issues.
·Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers.
·Experience with faultfinding on PLCs (Rockwell / Allen Bradley, Siemens), HMI, Robotics, & SCADA.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Minimum 5 years practical automation experience within Capital Equipment build / performance improvement applications environment.
·An in-depth knowledge and understanding of PLC software design & modification.
·Qualified to HNC / Degree level in Electrical, Controls, or a similar engineering discipline.
·An experienced PLC programmer.
·Vision inspection system experience preferred.
·Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
