BS Social Care is currently recruiting for a Internal Care Recruiter for a homecare organisation who provides care to people within their own homes. This is a permanent and full time role working for one care organisation, therefore, no new business needed as you will solely concentrate on your own companys recruitment.
About the employer; this employer of this role is a well established care company who provides home care for people needing support in all aspects of their life. They are a strong and growing company.
About the job; the role is to recruit for Carers to grow the business. You will have a exciting and fast paced role that covers a lot of angles from being creative and covering as many platforms as possible to make as many people as possible aware you are recruiting, dealing with applications, vetting all candidates, put them forward to your Director and Care Manager to interview, be part of their placement should they be successful, cover all eligibility for your candidate to start working with your company, being part of supervisions to ensure your candidates are happy and well supported, being part of the Carers lunch that allows all new staff to meet and have time with anyone they need should they have any concerns with the role and more.
This will be an ideal role for someone who enjoys the recruitment process of growing organisations.
About the ideal candidate; you will have a driving licence with access to your own car, will live as close to Wootton in Bedfordshire as possible, to have some recruitment experience, to be within the role for the right reasons, to be fast paced and dedicated to the company and the Carers you take on.
This is a full time and permanent role paying £20,000 - £22,000 working Monday - Friday; 9am - 5 with some flexibility when needed.
