Our client is a market leader in traditional confectionery. As a result of their ongoing growth, they are now looking for a Process Team Leader to join them in Sutterton. 

In this important role, you will have the chance to help maintain our client’s reputation for excellence and make a positive impact on their production process. 

As the Process Team Leader, you will oversee a Production Team and ensure that SOP, GMP and H&S standards are maintained. 

Working in various areas of the production line, you will: 

- Motivate your team to work to the best of their ability 
- Carry out quality control checks 
- Identify additional labour requirements and training needs 
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate 
- Make sure that work areas are clean and tidy 
- Report any issues to the Senior Team Leader 

Interested? To be considered, you will need previous leadership and people management experience. Great problem-solving skills and a flexible approach are also key. 

Resilient and adaptable, as the Process Team Leader, you’ll have great communication skills and a team-oriented approach. You’ll also be highly-organised with excellent prioritisation abilities. 

This is a full time role, working 5 x 8 hour shifts over a 7 day working week. Normal working hours are Sunday – Saturday, between 06:00 – 00:00, excluding a 30 minute lunch break.
