We have an excellent opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef, working for an established organisation in a rural setting.
You`d have the opportunity of working for an award winning company, providing catering for a wide variety of clientele. You could be dealing with anything from a candle lit meal for two to a Wedding reception.
The successful applicant must be qualified and have experience in a fast paced kitchen environment, Have a City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent in catering. You must be able to demonstrate that you are capable of working in this level of kitchen.
The Ideal applicant must have a clear passion for catering and must embrace the vibe of the hugely busy and compassionate kitchen environment.
