Customer Service Representative
My local client is looking for a Customer Service representative to work within their sales team.
You will have set clients which you will be working with, assisting them with any technical queries which they may have, taking orders via email and telephone and upselling other products.
Duties will include:
- Sourcing leads for the sales team
- Customer Service (Face to Face & via telephone)
- Administrive support for colleagues
- Helping to organise events and launch days
- Must have Excel experience
The ideal candidate will be upbeat and have a confident telephone manner
Must have knowledge of the SAP system and order processing experience is desirable.
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary negotiable depending on experience
