Our client, a highly successful SME who can boast growth of 20% over the last year and are predicting similar for 2018 is looking to hire an additional Customer Executive for their busy, expanding and lively team.
Reporting to the Customer Team Manager, the post-holder will be responsible for ringing existing customers to clarify details such as change of address and any information which may be useful to pass on to a member of the sales team. Information will then be recorded on a state-of-the art system accurately and quickly.
Hooray is looking for candidates with some proven experience of working in a telephone based customer service role such as contact centre and who are happy making a high volume of calls. The successful applicant will be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and will appreciate a culture where people have fun whilst achieving high results.
Candidates will need to demonstrate high levels of verbal and written communication and posses a minimum of 5 GCSE's which should include Maths and / or English.
