They have a vacancy for a Toolmaker-Machinist to work in their Test Equipment Department.
The key responsibilities for this role will be to manufacture components to drawing specifications using a range of workshop machinery including Lathes, XYZ milling machine. You will provide production (assembly) support as and when required and have the ability to follow company process for the recording and manufacture of components. Being a team player is essential in this role and you must be willing to assist in the assembly of test machines.
It is essential that the successful candidate has the appropriate technical qualification.
Experience of machining in a production environment is essential. An ONC or Toolmaking experience or qualification would be advantageous.
Use of test equipment is preferred but not essential.
