Office Admin Assistant
Office Admin Assistant to work in a small, busy office.
Duties to include:-
- Answering telephone
- Booking in Clients
- Processing Invoices/Receipts
- General Office administration
Good knowledge of Sage, Word, Excel, Outlook, Keyboard & IT skills and a good telephone manner are key requirements.
Position is part-time - 2 days week with possibility to work 3 days in the future.
To cover sickness and holidays would be advantageous.
