Management Support & Customer Care Representative.

£17,500 - £22,500. 40 hours per week.

Rangemoors are the South West’s leading Stove and Range Cooker specialists - selling household name brands like Rayburn, Rangemaster, Esse, Morsø and Charnwood to both retail and trade customers.

Based at our showroom in Winkleigh, you’ll be a key member of our team providing excellent customer care and resolving warranty issues in a timely and customer focused manner. As an ambassador to our company, you’ll be a positive, confident and considerate communicator - both verbally and in writing, with good computer skills and knowledge of databases, have the ability to prioritise deadlines and be self-motivated. 

Liaising directly with our management team, you’ll understand the importance of building strong and effective relationships with other members of our team, customers and suppliers. Additional tasks will include administrative duties and supporting HSE requirements of the Company.

Initial training will be provided with ongoing training available when required. Applicants must hold a current UK driving license and be able to drive any company vehicles relative to their licence limitations.
