The Copywriter role: 

We are looking for a creative and detail orientated copywriter to help take our copy to the next level. We are an ambitious business with fantastic growth and want to communicate our brand proposition to our fans/new fans in a highly engaging and consistent tone of voice. 

The role will involve collaborating and working closely with the Head of Brand, Head of E-Commerce and Content team. 

What will you be doing?

+ Delivering excellent, high quality copy which is ‘on brief’ for our website 
+ Create copy for ‘The Core’ (our Blog) on a weekly basis based on a content calendar
+ Support on social media tone of voice and executions when necessary
+ Support on packaging copy for new product launches or range extensions
+ Craft PPC copy lines when needed 
+ Support with copy for ongoing video content 
+ Proof reading - ensure everything is accurate and will influence our target audience in a credible way 
+ Researching trends and social media to ensure we are always ahead of the competitors 

What are we looking for?

+ Outstanding copy-writing skills - excellent understanding of content
+ Brand experience in a copy-writing discipline 
+ Degree in English (Literature or Language), journalism, or similar relevant degree is a strong advantage 
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
+ Team player and enjoys working with others 
+ Has an interest in sports and gets the sports nutrition and sportswear category
+ Knowledge of websites and social media
