Senior Kitchen Designer / Sales Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Kitchen Designer / Sales Manager to join a long established and family owned kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design and installation company. Based in North Cheam, Surrey, the successful Senior Kitchen Designer / Sales Manager will earn a salary of £36,000 per annum (negotiable) plus target related commissions (OTE £60,000 - £90,000 per annum) and a range of additional benefits.

The company was established in 1964 and supply both home and contract markets. Their clients range from private individuals to architects to interior design companies. They deal with small home owners right the way up to large hotels. As a Senior Kitchen Designer / Sales Manager you will primarily responsible for selling and designing kitchens for customers. Additional duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Dealing with new customers
• Customer service
• Order processing
• Project management

To be considered for the role of Senior Kitchen Designer / Sales Manager you must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. In addition, the following key skills and experience are desirable:

• Ability to use Planit Fusion and Easy Quote order processing quoting system is advantageous
• Kitchen design / sales experience desirable
• Own car and full driving license essential

In addition to a salary of £36,000 per annum (negotiable) the successful Senior Kitchen Designer / Sales Manager will receive the following benefits:

• Target related commissions (OTE £60,000 - £90,000 per annum)
• Prospects of receiving 30% shareholding of the company
