Administration Assistant – Business Solutions
You will provide high-quality administrative assistance to support the Business Solutions Manager in delivering an efficient and effective administrative support to the College.
The post holder will maintain effective administration procedures and systems, to support the projects of the Business Solutions team. This will include the provision of a professional and customer focused service to the Business Solutions team.
You will be educated to SVQ level 3, or equivalent, with experience of providing administrative support within a customer focused environment. A comprehensive working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications is essential for this post, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
