YMCA DownsLink Group Dialogue is a well-established BACP accredited counselling and wellbeing service for children, young people & families operating across Sussex and into Surrey.

We are seeking a Therapeutic Services Manager to lead on business development and service management of tier two and schools provision in West Sussex & into Surrey. This post will also hold responsibility for the embedding of trauma informed practice across all YMCA DLG provision.

The candidate will join a team of dynamic senior managers who support the delivery of Dialogue services to over 8,000 children & young people in schools and community settings.
