Contact Centre Operator

We are currently looking for seasonal Contact Centre Operators to work within our busy call centre. During the season there will be opportunities to become permanent.

Strong verbal communication skills combined with fast, accurate keyboard skills are required as is the ability to work under pressure.

You will be communicating with customers taking telephone orders and dealing with their queries in a polite and courteous manner according to the guidelines given.

Requirements;

º Ability to use computer systems efficiently

º Fast accurate data entry

º Good customer service skills and knowledge of gardens/ plants/ garden equipment an advantage

º A good team player

Salary: £7.83 per hour

Approx. 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 5 days per week, with occasional weekend working.
