Lecturer in Travel & Tourism                                               

37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Salary: £20,500 - £39,042 per annum (qualified Lecturers minimum £25,500 per annum)

Based at our Bedford campus, the College requires a Lecturer in Travel & Tourism to prepare, deliver, assess and verify subject specialisms within Travel & Tourism and HE Travel & Tourism, support and guide students to achieve success and realise their potential, manage students’ learning and provide a high quality learning experience and to contribute pro-actively to developments in the Centre in curriculum development and innovative teaching.

To be shortlisted for this vacancy you will meet the essential criteria which includes; Level 3 qualification in Travel and Tourism or Leisure, Travel & Tourism, Degree in Travel & Tourism, PGCE / Cert Ed qualification, English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or willingness to achieve English and mathematics Level 2 within one year and recent professional updating in Travel, Tourism and teaching and learning.
