Shift Requirement: Rotational

Contracted Hours: 30

Pay Rate: £10.64 p/h rising to £10.96 (upon successful completion of probation)

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Responsibility for loading and unloading Customers luggage
  • Moving luggage to and from the aircraft hold using specialised equipment
  • Ensuring that customers luggage is stored safely and securely and delivered in good time to reach its final destination
  • Reporting luggage that’s damaged or suspicious
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times

Key skills and experience in this role will include:

  • Being physically fit
  • Willing to work outside in all weather conditions
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines, quickly and safely
  • Following loading instructions and paying close attention to detail
  • Possessing practical skills to work with specialised equipment
  • Previous experience of loading and unloading an advantage (but not essential)
