Shift Requirement: Rotational
Contracted Hours: 20
Pay Rate: £9.46 p/h rising to £9.74 (upon successful completion of probation)

Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Providing exceptional Customer Service as per the easyJet/DHL and Airline specific standards to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of their journey
- Checking customers’ travel documentation together with relevant identification to ensure compliance with governing bodies
- Processing customers and baggage using automated or manual systems; follow airline specific policies including airline requirements surrounding excess baggage and individual customer programmes
- Processing check in, tag baggage, arrange seating & issue boarding passes, ensure compliance with security requirements
- Following procedures for passengers in regards to the acceptance of Dangerous Goods
- Issuing boarding cards and baggage receipts
- Making customer announcements in accordance with the specific airline requirements
- Dealing with disruptions and irregularities with confidence and composure
Key skills and experience in this role will include:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, quickly and safely
- Working various shift patterns and being a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
