PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO SALES DIRECTOR
ERNEST DOE & SONS LTD, ULTING, MALDON

Ernest Doe is the UK's largest agricultural, construction and ground care machinery dealership, turning over £115m per annum from 19 locations across East Anglia and the South East.

We are looking for a professional PA with the initiative and organisation skills to manage the varied and demanding workload of this one-to-one role. Duties include: organising events and training courses; supervising hospitality at shows; minute taking; producing sales figures; preparing/proofreading marketing materials and senior management presentations.

The ideal applicant will have a high level of professional integrity, solid director level PA experience, a good understanding of the sales process and the ability to manage people. The successful candidate must be a confident driver, have advanced knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint and possess excellent communication skills both in writing and in person.
