Swan Care Services are looking to appoint a full time passionate and motivated Care and Support Assistant to work as part of a supportive team to deliver Rapid Response services at night, to people living in the community.

Salary: £19,500 per annum 
Based: Colchester and surrounding areas 
Contract: 12 Months


Swan Housing Association, provides Care and Support Services which includes Homecare, Community Support and Extra Care Services to people living in their own homes across Essex. 

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer services, and we need passionate, committed individuals with a 'can do' attitude to deliver services to our customers.

This role consists of awake nights carrying out domiciliary care and support. This role involves double up working at all times of the shifts, with a Senior carrying out awake nights for additional support where required.

Our team enables people to be discharged safely from hospital back to their own home. The service also provides care and support to people to avoid them being admitted into hospital, no two days are the same!
