CNC MILL/TURN PROGRAMMER/SETTER/OPERATOR

You will be joining a reputable precision engineering company who are currently rapidly expanding.
GBP11-GBP15ph (dependant on experience) + Enhanced OT Rates
COMPANY
We are currently recruiting for a well-established Precision Engineering company in Derbyshire who currently require a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer/Setter/Operators to join their team.
YOU MUST HAVE/BE
- Apprentice trained or time served machinists (at least 6 years' experience)
- Have experience working for an aerospace manufacturer (or to very tight tolerances)
- Have experience working with Fanuc and Mazatrol control panels
- Have experience working with DMG Mori Seiki Machines ideally NLX 2500 and NTX 2000
- Able to set and operate multiple CNC machines
- Experience using a STAR Sliding head desirable
- Programming experience required
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/aerospace drawings
- Must be able to work to tight tolerances
- Must have worked on 3 & 4 axis machines
- Must have experience of working with exotic alloys
QUALIFICATIONS
An Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent City & Guilds qualification is desirable.
SHIFTS
Monday - Thursday 13.30 pm - 10:00PM / Friday 11:30PM - 4.30
Plenty of overtime available at premium rates
