Car Fleet Management / Pensions / Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Boston - GBP28000 to GBP35000 DOE and qualification. Commutable from Sleaford, Spalding, Grantham, Skegness, Horncastle.

Your new role
Initially offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract - with the possibility of permanency, this is an exciting role to join the HR team at the UK head office in Boston, Lincolnshire ( 3 additional UK locations and other sister companies in the UK) as the UK Car Fleet Management , Pensions and Compensation & Benefits Expert.
The role will include management of the fleet/ company car scheme, pensions, insurances, other benefits management, long service and other rewards, data Information, reporting and also cover for the Payroll Specialist in holidays/absence periods (to be trained up to cover running the monthly salaried payroll - which adds another string to your bow of experience!).
You will also work on some projects around the car fleet and benefits provision and review.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have 2-3 years previous within Car/Vehicle Fleet Management and/or Pensions, and/or HR/Compensation & Benefits - developing, reviewing and administering a complete benefits solution - including fleet/cars, pensions and other benefits.
An SME PA or Office Manager who has covered car fleet management and other aspects of the role, will also be suitable for this diverse and exciting role.

Hours of work are 37.5 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch)
25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service length)
