The development of the Computer Science curriculum and the success of students in both curriculum and extracurricular activities is central to the heart of the school leadership. A long standing governor, recently appointed to the board of trustees, is the highly acclaimed Simon Peyton Jones, a founder of the Computing At School organization. CAS has been instrumental in pushing forward a Computer Science curriculum to help fill the growing technological skills gap in the UK and Simon remains hugely passionate and supportive about the critical role that Computer Science should take in schools.
The successful candidate will have the ability to enthuse and engage students. They will be a key member of the team and will add to the team's success by delivering Computer Science in innovative and imaginative ways.
