FULL TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
We are currently seeking an experienced and well-organised individual with strong bookkeeping and IT skills to join our small but dedicated Accounts team. AAT qualified an advantage, but experience to the level of producing management accounts essential.
Duties will include:-
- All aspects of Purchase Ledger i.e. Ordering, coding invoices, matching delivery notes to invoices and entering on our bespoke computer system. Stock control/adjustments, prepayments and accruals.
- Making routine payments in various currencies.
- All aspects of bookkeeping (sales/purchase/nominal ledgers) to produce management accounts for our smaller companies.
- Other admin tasks associated with the role.
