We are looking for a commercially focused Store Manager who is not only a great leader, but someone who can support their team to achieve their best.

We are looking for a Store Manager, with a passion for working in delivering world class customer service and has the following:

-Proven track record of success in a management position within retail or similar environment

-Experience in leading a team within a sales-focused and high turnover environment

-The ability to coach and develop your team to successful

-The ability to make our customer's experience a truly exceptional one so they return time and time again

-The ability to work on your own initiative and able to cope with changing priorities

-A calm and resilient work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful Store Manager will have experience of running a successful store, driving sales and building great teams.

We are keen to hear from any Store Manager, Branch Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Manager Genral Manager,Sales manager. We are very open to sectors however if you are from Retail, Hospitality or Telesales your experience is ideal.
