We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Account Manager to join our Adhesive and Lubricant team based in our Tamworth office. 

This is an office based role in a fast moving and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Sales Manager on an agreed base of existing customers, proactively target new customers whilst also working in partnership with S&PM on specific ‘push products’ and ensuring we achieve targeted growth in all areas.

We are Speciality Products (inc Lubricants, Adhesives, Abrasives & PPE) division of a leading $10 billion global distributor of speciality consumables, food ingredients and chemicals serving the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

+ To deliver sustainable & ongoing growth.
+ Ability, desire & motivation to support and work as ‘one team’ within USC
+ To control customer sales attrition, grow trading customers and deliver on ‘push products.’
+ Activity management
+ Veta (CRM sales tool) update and maintenance

A passion for selling, a desire to be successful, and the ability to build strong relationships internally and with customers.

If you are the successful candidate you will show the necessary desires to learn to be a highly skilled sales person. Ideally you will have experience of managing existing accounts and identifying and gaining new business.

The ability to work effectively within all levels of the Company is essential. Having the flexibility and positive attitude towards teamwork is also a fundamental requirement. You must be organised and able to prioritise with effective time management skills. The individual must also be proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail.
