Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Catholic independent boarding & day school (3-18) for 1,250 students HMC - BSA - IAPS - CISC Co-ed Preparatory School (3-11) - Boys' Division (11-16) - Girls' Division (11-16) - Co-ed Sixth Form (16-18) 

The Senior School requires a: 

Plumbing and Heating Engineer (8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday all year, plus participation in the on call rota)

Responsibilities will include planned and preventative maintenance on heating systems and boilers up to 500KW with forced draught oil burners, also LPG domestic boiler systems. Heating and ventilation skills along with knowledge of controls systems are essential together with OFTEC registration. LPG registration and experience of working with steam would be an advantage.

Candidates are required to have a full driving licence.

The salary range for this role is between £21,726pa and £24,605pa (fte) (with an additional payment for on call) depending on skills and experience.
