Working for a public sector organisation in Newcastle Business Park you'll be an essential part of a friendly and sociable team, providing administrative support for a new campaign.
Daily duties will include;
- Administering case files and processing claims
- Setting up applications
- Data entry and data checking
- Dealing with enquiries over the phone and by email
- Using tracking spreadsheets
- General Admin
- Daily use of the Microsoft Office Package
To succeed in this role you'll have excellent IT skills and attention to detail, be able to prioritise your workload through multi-tasking, and work to tight deadlines.
Please note that graduates looking to begin a career in admin will be considered for this role.
We have a number of full time temporary positions available with an expected duration of 3 months, and we are looking for the successful candidates to start as soon as possible.
