Nottingham Community Housing Association is a unique, complex, successful and innovative not for profit organisation, providing over 9,000 homes for tenants in the East Midlands. We provide over 800,000 hours of help to vulnerable people through our extensive provision of housing with care and support services including learning disabilities, mental health, domestic abuse, older people and young adults. NCHA has a turnover in excess of £65m and employs over 1,000 staff.
The Association is governed by a Board of Management who are collectively responsible for ensuring the success of NCHA by directing the Association’s affairs and determining its strategic aims.
Our Board has had a proud history of achieving a mix of members from diverse backgrounds and we are currently looking to recruit a new member. As well as meeting the person specification we are looking for individuals who have skills and knowledge in either of the following areas;
