Office Administrator - Speciality Chemicals
£17,000 to £20,000 - depending on experience
37.5 hours/week; 0900 – 1700 Monday- Friday with some flexibility
Amcrol Limited, a small privately owned company established 20 years, manufacturing and exporting speciality chemical products for the engineering sector, is growing and diversifying.
We have an opening for a conscientious and highly organised person to administer our office. Ability to work under own initiative is required along with sufficient experience to handle:
Managing orders coming in via e-mail, online or telephone
Providing logistical support to ensure timely production and dispatch
Providing export documentation and supporting technical data (training can be given)
Administering sales invoicing and purchase ordering
Supporting the directors with quotations and correspondence
Liaising with external book-keeper
Responding to customer queries
A well as being helpful, reliable, patient and flexible the successful candidate will have excellent IT skills (a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and some familiarity with Sage or similar would be a distinct advantage). Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads are a must.
