Working for our client is fun, fast-paced and intense during those busy hours. They are a close-knit team working in a small kitchen/service area serving 60+ seats across 2 floors.

A usual work day is filled with great banter (at least they think so), smiles, an excellent soundtrack, and working together to support the serving, barista and kitchen team.
