We are looking for an administrator with a financial background on a temporary basis to work within the public sector. The role is based just off junction 27 of the M1 and so you will need to have transport to get there. The assignment is initially due to run until 31/03/18 and will be reviewed and with the potential of it being extended.

The client is part of the legal sector and is an equal opportunities employer and would be a strong addition to any CV. The role will be based in an open plan office working with between 4-15 staff and with a friendly supportive team.

The role will include booking appointments, managing team emails -forwarding to the right members, organising travel arrangements and managing group calendars. You will also be required to take minutes, order stationary, maintain and be responsible for vehicle management servicing schedule etc

The ideal candidate must have strong administration background, have strong comunication skills both written and verbal, can use your own initiative and be a confident outgoing professional. You will also need to have strong IT skills particularly in Word and Excel and would help being a quick learner. It would be a distinct advantage if you have been doing an admin role within a financial organisation but is not essential.

The role is dependant on successful completion of vetting which can take up to 6 weeks plus, this varies on length due to it being dependant on a case by case basis.

The hourly pay rate is £9 and includes holiday accrual, pension and onsite parking.
