We have a fantastic opportunity for somebody to work within the MOJ based in Chelmsford, for an Admin Assistant role and be confident to work within a prison environment.
You will be working for the Custody Records Dept, attention to detail is a must,
You will need to have a background within Admin, duties will include, filing on a day to day basis, store records appropriately, faxes, deliver and collect post maintain the filing system
You will need to be calm and be able to work under pressure, you will need to undertake a background criminal record check that Brookstreet will be able to process for you.
Pay rate = £7 and will increase to £8 after 12 weeks, this temporary role will be for a minimum of 3 months
You will need to have basic knowledge of the computer as you will be inputting data in to the databases, and some other admin duties will be involved
