Our client is looking to recruit a Credit Proposal Administrator to assist with taking and inputting of proposals and carrying out searches on behalf of the Supplier Sales, Customer Sales and Operation teams.

Duties of the Credit Proposal Administrator will include:

Assist with all enquiries on new proposals via the On-line system and emails from OPS and Sales for suppliers and customers.
Enter proposals and conduct all searches via the proposal in tray process so deals are packaged ready to be underwritten
Assist with incoming telephone calls from suppliers
Ensure all attachments are attached to proposals where required and ensure that a paper copy of all attachments is included where the deal exceeds the threshold
Liaising with the funders for previous agreement payment history where indicated through internal Exposure reports
The successfulCredit Proposal Administrator will posses:

Knowledge of IT Systems
Numeracy and accuracy when inputting
Confident telephone manner
Knowledge of the leasing industry
Knowledge of court procedures
