We are currently recruiting for a highly respected public sector organization based in Nuneaton town. This temporary position is available immediately.
You will be joining a Government body in an operational delivery team. They are seeking for an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills to assist within the administration team.
You will be assigned to a team where you will be carrying out a variety of general administrative duties. Your key responsibilities will be preparing papers and files, collect and assemble information, general photocopying and filing, creating and updating records on in-house computer systems and data input.
Skills and experience
-Good organisation skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as a team
-Well presented and polite
- Must be confident when dealing with customers on the telephone and face-to-face
- Strong IT skills with Excel, Word and Outlook.
Hours of work
Monday -Friday 8 to 5pm
