Visitor Experience Staff for Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham
Afar Exhibition Services are recruiting Front of House, Visitor Experience Staff for a large trade show at the NEC, Birmingham.
This is a temporary position and you must be available to work between 3-8 February.
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who can welcome visitors to the exhibition and who can also assist with the registration of visitors. Basic keyboard skills may be an advantage. Uniform provided and full training given on Saturday 3 Feb.
Must be available to work:
Saturday 3 Feb 1000-1300
Sunday 4 Feb-Wednesday 7 Feb 0800-1800
Thursday 8 Feb 0800-1600
Provide the first point of contact and deliver a high level of customer care by welcoming visitors, providing accurate information to facilitate their visit and ensure an excellent visitor experience.
Knowledge of the importance of good customer service.
A positive and professional attitude
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Reliable and flexible.
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be eligible to work in the UK
