Branch Manager - Croydon/Clapham (Mat cover)

Are you a senior recruitment consultant looking for your next step or an experienced Branch Manager looking for a new opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to head up our South West London Team - Based in Croydon but focussed on South West London (including Clapham and surrounding areas).

With a broad client mix you will take responsibility for leading from the front, developing sales opportunities and ensuring you have a planned and targeted approach to taking the business forward.

Founded in London in 1946, we specialize in temporary, temp-to-hire and contingency search/permanent placement services.

Working within an established company that promotes cultural and personal responsibility, the ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, the ability to manage, develop and motivate a team of consultants and will have the initiative and vision to develop the branch further.

Ideally you will be either an existing branch manager with previous management or supervisory experience, within the recruitment sector; or be a successful and well-established Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking to progress by joining a stable and established agency and making a name for yourself in a successful management peer group.

You will need to be a tenacious individual, with a real passion to succeed, along with the ability to motivate a sales team through leading by example.
