As a valued member of our team you will be caring for children delivering our Restorative Parenting Recovery Programme, which focuses on therapeutically addressing the emotional, behavioural, social and developmental needs of children in our care.
Our approach sets us apart from standard residential child care providers in that it is clinically informed in every aspect of the child’s lived therapeutic experience with the aim of helping traumatised children achieve recovery and psychological wellbeing.
You will provide care to children in a therapeutic residential care home working closely with onsite education and clinical teams, assisting with domestic duties while maintaining a safe, healthy and homely environment.
