SHIFT WORK - 8-8pm M-F (8-4.30pm/9-5.30pm/10-6.30pm/11.30-8pm) + every other weekend 1 day 9-5pm

This role is part of a team that provide a debt recovery service for a rapidly growing finance business.

Receive incoming and make outbound calls to customers in arrears to discuss payment options, ensuring accuracy at all times and that the company's processes and procedures are followed.

* Advise customers on the payment options for debt recovery.
* Achieve set revenue targets and call quality objectives.
* Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly.
* Input customer related data accurately and efficiently.
* Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified.
* Explain the terms of sale, credit or contract condition as appropriate.
* Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact.
* Decide on the correct action when negotiating payments.
* Complete any administrative tasks as required for the efficient running of the department.

What experience do you need?

* Experience of working in a team in an office environment.
* Good negotiation/objection handling skills.
* Ability to understand and comply with documented processes and procedures.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
