Lecturer in Agriculture

37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Salary range: £20,500 - £39,042 per annum (qualified Lecturers will receive a minimum of £25,500 per annum)

Based at our Shuttleworth campus, the College requires a Lecturer in Agriculture, to prepare, deliver and assess Agriculture qualifications within the land based provision on a range of courses, principally at level 3 and HE at Shuttleworth, to support and guide students to achieve success and realise their potential, to contribute pro-actively to developments in the Centre in curriculum development and innovative teaching and to participate in marketing and promotion activities to support a range of programmes and learning opportunities.

To be shortlisted for this vacancy you will meet the essential criteria which includes; a relevant degree and/or level 5 qualification in Agriculture, willingness to achieve Certificate in Education/PGCE or equivalent, GSCE Maths and English (grades A – C) or equivalent and recent experience in the Agriculture industry.
